The GoProfit dashboard simplifies complicated data into easy-to-understand visuals that help Shopify merchants digest important information.

Let’s take a quick tour to explore its features and discover how it can help you stay on top of your business performance.

Store Overview

We’ll start with the Store Overview section – your go-to hub for monitoring key business metrics. Right at the top, you’ll find four essential metrics:

  • Gross Sales
  • Total Expenses
  • Net Profit
  • Net Profit Margin

Each of these metrics is displayed on its own card for quick access. Curious about how a metric is calculated? Simply hover over the metric icon to see the formula.

On the left side, you’ll notice the Time Range and Compare button. Use it to select the period you wanna check and compare your current data against a different period.

Another handy feature is the Export Data button. Click it to download a CSV file of your dashboard report for any selected period, perfect for sharing or offline analysis.

Beneath the metrics, a color-coded graph provides a visual representation of your store’s performance. Track metrics like total orders, refunds, and average order value over time. 

Hover over specific points on the graph to view detailed data for that moment.

We understand that every business has unique needs. That’s why we offer customizable metrics. If you need a metric that isn’t currently available, just click the Request Custom Metric button. Fill out the Google form with the details and formula, and our team will work to integrate it into the GoProfit app.

Expenses

Next, let’s move on to the Expenses section. Here, a color-coded pie chart breaks down your costs by category, making it easy to identify areas that consume the largest share of your budget.

Need to add additional fees or custom costs? Simply click the Update Expenses Settings button to tailor your expense tracking.
